Would you like to be Volunteer for New Zealand Experience Expo event?


Dear Students and Alumni,


The 'New Zealand Experience Expo' will take place on 2-4 June 2016 on Nguyen Hue Street in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The event is being organized by the New Zealand Embassy and Consulate General in Viet Nam, with support from the New Zealand Government, Fonterra, Air New Zealand, Victoria University of Wellington and Auckland University of Technology.


We are currently looking for volunteers to assist us on the event days. We have assessed our volunteer needs and we are in need of some volunteers to help in with a number of tasks, including ticket distribution, supervision of attractions and exhibition attraction access control.


The Expo will be open in 5 time slots, as per the below:

Thursday 2 June
18:00-21:30


Friday 3 June

07:30-09:30
17:30-21:30


Saturday 4 June
07:30-09:30
17:30-21:30


We are looking for at least 15 volunteers per time slotThey will also need to be available to attend one of two briefing sessions at 18:00 on Wednesday 1 June 2016 or 16:00 on Thursday 2 June 2016.

Volunteers will be provided an event polo and a letter signed by the New Zealand Ambassador and Consul General recognizing their contribution to the development of New Zealand-Vietnam relations (you can add this to your CV and Linked In).
