- Students whose Total Score are less than 70% (the passing grade) or with the excessive absences are put on ACADEMIC PROBATION –A.P.

- A.P-F: Academic Probation- Flagrant:

• Students exhibit disregard for their IEEP English classes this term

• If A.P.-F students continue to exhibit disregard for their IEEP English classes through the midterm next term, they will not be allowed to register for any Academic classes that may begin after the IEEP midterm. The students will not be allowed to continue in their Academic Program until they are in good standing in their IEEP English courses.

- Students on A.P.& A.P.- F have to meet Dr- Stephen- The Head of English Department to sign the agreements at the first week of the course.
