Welcome our ITEC freshmens, we glad to have all of you to be apart of organization. The orientation week can help our newcomers to get to know our school, friends, and regulations better. This event is mandatory so we would like to have your attentions and participations fully. The event begins at 08:00 am of September 22, 2014 at room I23, building 1 of University of Natural Science ( 227 Nguyễn Văn Cừu street, ward 4, district 5.)
Timeline:
Date 1 (22/09):
- 8:00 - 8:30: meeting at room I23, 2nd floor, building I.
- 8:30 - 8:45: brief instroduciton about the Welcome Week.
- 8:45 - 10:30: get to know each others, playing group activities.
- 10:30 - 10:45: Introduce ITEC and ITEC clubs.
- 10:45 - 11:00: Explore our school’s resources and playing group activities.
- 11:00 – 11:30: Introduce University of Natural Science.
Date 2 (23/09):
- 08:00 – 08:30: Meeting at room I23, 2nd floor, building I.
- 08:30 – 9:15: Discuss about ITEC Regulations.
- 9:15 – 9:45: Learning methods.
- 9:45 – 11:30: Discuss about English regulation and playing group activites.
Date 3 (25/09):
- 6:50 – 18:00: Team building program at Đại Nam Resort.
