On June 17th, 2008, the International Training and Education Center (ITEC) organized the Badminton Tournament for all ITEC students at the Phu Tho Stadium (01 Lu Gia Street, Ward 15, District 11, HCMC). This year tournament gathered over 70 players. Besides ITEC students, the contest was pleased to welcome students of the University of Science. The tourney was divided into men's singles and women's singles matches.
Again, the International Training and Education Center (ITEC) wants to express our gratitude toward all athletes, enthusiastic supporters, referees, and supporters. This year's tournament success is thanks to everyone!

MEN’S SINGLE:
- 1st place: Nguyễn Thái Sơn (16BSM-ITEC)
- 2nd place: Nguyễn Minh Quân (16CL2)
- 3rd place: Đặng Quốc Huy (17CK1)
WOMEN’S SINGLE:
- 1st place: Lê Tường Vy (17SHH2)
- 2nd place: Trần Lâm Thùy Linh (16BSM-ITEC)
- 3rd place: Võ Thị Bích Loan (17BSM-ITEC).
